Evidence-based management is support quality making decisions through the conscientious, explicit, judicious use of the best available evidence from multiple sources to increase the likelihood of a favourable outcome.

This session will provide an overview of evidence based decision making, you will hear from local sector leaders on the benefits experienced through their application of evidence based decision making and work through a practical example of using an REA within the context of our sector.
