Dr Mandy Charman, the OPEN Senior Manager, leads the strategic oversight for OPEN and oversees evidence creation and translation for child and family services in Victoria. Leading the OPEN Advisory Service, she provides evaluation and research services, conducts workshops on evaluative thinking, and assists agencies in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks. With a background in managerial roles in Victorian government departments, Mandy has extensive experience in evaluations, tool development, and capacity building across organizations.

With over 15 years of experience in the education, disability, adult mental health, and youth sectors, Sarah is a seasoned practitioner and project officer. Since joining the Centre over two years ago, Sarah has gained experience in supporting the delivery of OPEN to child and family services in Victoria. She has a strong background in collaborating with evaluators across various youth programs, showcasing her commitment to engagement and facilitation with young people.
