Join CSnet at the OPEN Symposium for a dynamic 15-minute session exploring how collaborative practice is being strengthened across community services. With the launch of the CSnet Impact Report, we’ll share fresh insights into how organisations are using data and stories to improve outcomes for children and families. Discover CSnet’s Theory of Change—a roadmap that connects practice, measurement, and shared knowledge—and see how over 1.2 million support sessions and 519,000 wellbeing outcomes are shaping real-time service improvement.
We’ll introduce new resources designed to support workers through change, including our Change Management blog, fact sheet, and podcast series featuring sector leaders. The session will also provide an update on The Orange Door rollout, highlighting how CSnet’s integration is enabling secure, efficient referrals and supporting collaboration with Family Safety Victoria and agencies across Victoria. This integration brings time savings, data integrity, privacy protection, and enhanced security for sensitive client information.
Hop on the CSnet Impact Bus and explore how data, collaboration, and intentional change can drive better outcomes for clients, families, and communities.
