Know you are delivering the best outcomes for children, young people, and families by fostering strong evidence and learning culture

OPEN is pleased to announce that we are hosting the Evidence-based Decision Making for Human Service Leaders’ course for 2022, in partnership with the Center for Evidence Based Management at Carnegie Mellon University and co-facilitated by the sector’s own Dr Lisa . Griffiths, CEO, OzChild.

Leaders and managers play an integral role in supporting their organisation’s evidence and learning culture. As shown in all the organisations profiled through OPEN’s Embedding Evidence into Organisational Practice event series, the role of evidence informed leadership is crucial to strengthening and embedding evidence into practice.

The Evidence-based Decision Making course will support your organisation’s outcomes journey – building your skills in using evidence in decision making and, overtime, into the DNA of your organisation.
