This forum hosted Patricia Rogers, Professor of Public Sector Evaluation at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOC) who shared her knowledge of what good evaluation can achieve and her concerns about the risks associated with poor evaluation. We learnt about what makes a good program theory and workshopped ideas for our own programs.
With thirty years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation in the public sector, in non-government organisations, and in a wide range of programs and levels of government we were very fortunate to host Professor Rogers at the inaugural OPEN forum.
